I don’t like the way so many folk do not acknowledge that severe mental health conditions actually have life disabling symptoms. I get that most folk don’t care, but we have to live life too, and it’s not just a personality trait

I get that. Like some of the symptoms can be labelled as ‘lazy’ but it’s so difficult sometimes.

I am feeling a bit better. The meds are working. I have a therapy assessment tomorrow and a medication review on Friday.

Why is night time so freaking hard for me? bang

Struggling cry terribly-sorry-smiley-emoticon

Thinking of you. Night time is the worst time for sure. Forgetting to take medication will make you feel a bit funny too but it’s sometimes better to take it late than not at all that day unless it’s closer to your next dose. You don’t want to accidentally take too much!

I feel a bit down today but I am trying to be kind to myself.

I saw the mental health nurse yesterday. She was very good. Showed me respect, and I felt heard. Usually I feel undermined or unworthy.

mentally I feel tired.

Each day at a time. It’ll fluctuate. I feel less depressed but more anxious now. But I came on my period so that explains a lot.

Feeling a bit better today. Got the flu though so I didn’t go out which made me feel a bit sad but I know that’s why I feel sad. I needed to rest.
