Thank you. Ive contacted shout this morning but, with no joy. They seem to never understand me. Samaritans, if people overheard my conversation with them it wouldn’t be good so, cannot contact them. I was under a mental health team but, I moved areas recently and my social worker is trying to get me into my local CMHT.
