  7. I saw the mental health nurse yesterday. She was very good. Showed me respect, and I felt heard. Usually I feel undermined or unworthy. mentally I feel tired.

  16. I don’t like the way so many folk do not acknowledge that severe mental health conditions actually have life disabling symptoms. I get that most folk don’t care, but we have to live life too, and it’s not just a personality trait
