Posted August 28Aug 28 Air Fryer Gnocchi LasagneRecipeServes: 6 people | Prep time: 10 minutes | Cooking time: 50 minutesItalian | MainIngredients500g Fresh Gnocchi500g Lean Minced Beef1 x 500g jar Cucina Tomato Lasagne Sauce1 x 480g jar Cucina Lasagne White Sauce60g Grated Mozzarella or CheddarBlack Pepper25ml Olive Oil30ml WaterMethodHeat the oil in a saucepan and brown the mince.Add the tomato sauce, season with some black pepper and simmer for 20 minutes.Take the tray out of the air fryer and heat at 180°C for 3 minutes.Put the gnocchi in the bottom of the frying basket, sprinkle over the water and cook for 5 minutes.Then, spoon the meat sauce on the top, pour over the white lasagne sauce and sprinkle over the grated cheese.Cook for another 25 minutes and serve.
