The price most households pay for gas and electricity will rise by 2% on average from Wednesday 1 October as energy regulator Ofgem has announced the latest Energy Price Cap rates. In my experience octopus energy are good, they said I'm overpaying so they have lowered my payments as I'm not using the amount of energy they expected.

I have heard a lot of good things about Octopus, I might look into switching to them.
