EUPD (also called BPD) can feel like you’re constantly misunderstood. I’ve had GPs dismiss me or services label me “too complex.”

Has anyone here managed to get proper support from the NHS or CMHTs?

Let’s talk about what’s worked and what hasn’t.

I think BPD is very misunderstood and I agree they don't seem to care unfortunately 😞
