US Air Force to deny retirement pay to transgender servic...

The U.S. Air Force has decided to deny early retirement options for transgender service members with 15 to 18 years of service.

These brave men and women put 15 to 18 years of their lives into serving. They are being FORCED to leave the military because of the trans ban, but they're being denied their retirement benefits that they've earned through their years of service. This is a disgrace, an utter disgrace.

medium040You already know how I feel about this but it makes me do mad/sad. I feel if the person wants to serve our country and put the life on the line they should be able to!! bang

I completely agree, and then having done so for 15+ years, they should receive every benefit they're entitled to while they're being forced out. It's such a disgrace that they're basically being told they can't have anything they've earned. They can get a payout that the junior soldiers are getting, but it's a fraction of what they should receive. It's a slap in the face to all they've given.
