Tomorrow my mum will be gone for 13 years. I miss and think about her every day.

62 is young. My mum was 70 and I think even that is young.

I miss the chats and the meet ups. She died suddenly and I only got to spend about 5 minutes with her before she passed away.

I miss my chats with Mom in the morning. I'd get up and she'd be up and sitting in the dining room with her coffee and we chat about nothing. Sometimes something. I loved those chat and the time I spent with her. Getting to know her better..

I was with Mom when she died. Miss her now more than ever. Especially since my other family is distant.

Lovely poem. Thank you for sharing. My mum passed away at 62 years old and it will be 3 years this Christmas without her. Her passing was the first major death that I had to experience in my life and it was honestly the worst experience ever.

Grief is the price you pay for love. Anniversaries suck.

Thank you. Honestly anything below 80 feels too young for me. I’m only 26 so many of my friends are starting to lose their grandparents now and it’s weird to witness because I lost my mum a few years ago. Like my lifetime and timeline is sooo different to theirs. It can feel isolating.
