August 5Aug 5 I mostly stick to vitamin D and magnesium, especially during the darker months.found some blends there that worked better for my energy than the usual tablets from the pharmacy. It's handy to explore different combos and see what your body reacts to best. Everyone’s different, so a bit of trial and error helped me figure out a good mix.
