I need support on how to manage my mental health there is not much support out there I have been having this strong fear I don't go out because of strong fear I have 3 panic attacks daily and I stress and feel anxious all the time

I know I'm not alone there are many people with mental health issues and don't get the support they need or what for there mental health issues it can cost alot of money to manage mental health issues it's getting difficult to manage

It differs with everyone I guess. I'm a person of great faith. I try to pray and read scriptures. But that's me. I don't know if there is anything I can suggest for you. I don't see a therapist due to finances and lack of transportation. I look for resources online like articles and videos.

I guess it's different for everyone, but I take deep breaths and something my therapist taught me was to tap your knees with both hands. I thought it was silly at first but it does help.
