June 24Jun 24 Owner nope, never had it either. Can't believe too it has been 5 years since the start of Covid.
June 26Jun 26 Member Twice. I’ve been working in healthcare for over 5 years and never got it from there ironically enough. I contracted it the first time at a music gig as rules were a lot more relaxed and the second time from my dad.
June 27Jun 27 Yep…I’d had the jab…so I felt as if I had a cold..stupid cough..lasted a week.. then all well again
July 1Jul 1 Member Once, caught it on the MH u it I was in for 6 weeks of tx fjr my anorexia back in 03.Entire unit was on lock down.I had to switch rooms to one with a fellow patient who also had it.Had only really sick for a day and a half, and thank God it didn'ttrigger my asthma but initally they were concerned that my bl**d pressure went sky high...We were t allowed put of pur rooms, had to have groups virtually which we all hated, and ate still supervised.Very difficult to complete the huge meals while not feeling like venting at all..but no choice. It was just a few days before my my d/c so I had to wait a couple extra days before going " home"...My poor roommate had it bad...I didnt even have a fever although I felt like I did...Grateful it wasn't that bad...
October 10Oct 10 Member Twice. I'm in the high risk category being a senior citizen and a diabetic, but honestly it was no worse than the average flu. The only difference was I lost my sense of smell for around two weeks.
October 10Oct 10 Member Yes just once. Felt as if I had a cold..had a stupid annoying cough as well..
October 11Oct 11 Member Yep. A couple times, I'm 'vaxxed' too, although that was more or less against my will. Funny thing is I got covid AFTER my vaccine. In any case, Covid wasn't bad by any means, it was more or less just flu-like symptoms. I was fine after a week both times.
October 11Oct 11 Owner When we look back it was absolutely mad the way we had to isolate. I am very thankful that I haven't had it.
October 11Oct 11 Member No. I have the lung disease sarcoidosis so I had the injections and had a bad reaction each time so I declined the booster. Making a wrong decision is perfectly okay as long as you learn something from it - Tomas Ledin.
