With news coming at us from all directions every minute, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or even anxious. I’ve been trying to limit my news intake and focus on trusted sources, but it’s tough. How do you stay informed about what’s happening in the world without getting burned out? Any apps, podcasts, or routines you recommend?
