October 16Oct 16 Member I got generally comfortable. I don’t think I am socially awkward - I definitely used to be more when i was younger.

Use it well: choose settings that fit your energy, plan breaks, and focus on deeper one-to-one talks. If you want to stretch, set one short social goal per week.Not strictly true.
