Thank you @Lavender I did. Woke up to a clear blue sky and sunshine. A miracle has happened lol Walked with Sheeba earlier and forgot I had a hair salon appointment! It was okay, they booked me in for next week instead which was so kind of my stylist. Going out again walking as I need to clear my head.

It was a lovely day yesterday but there was a cold breeze at times when i was out especially in the shade.

Not much going on here with me today.I am not going out anywhere and don't usually go out till Friday again but have to go to the Doctors tomorrow morning.

It is a nice afternoon and warm in the sun.

Been to the Doctors this morning and I had a review for my medication and i have been put on another new pill and will collect it from the Pharmacy on Friday when i go in to town.

It was a medical student i saw and she had been asked by another Doctor to call him in while i was there. He wanted to check the swelling on my left leg which is not as bad as what it was and it was him that suggested the new pill.

After i have taken it for three weeks i will have a blood test done to check if all is okay with me .

Hi @Lavender Wednesday and in at the hospice shop volunteering. It was so busy - not sure where all the people came out of tbh. Feel tired and will be in bed early I tell you . Have a good evening one and all.

This week im going to get a triple vaccine cocktail. Few days ago i got booster. In 2 days ill get flu and pneumonia shots. I hate needles

@Lavender happy Friday and good morning everyone. Going to be another nice day, but like yesterday a foggy start and it clears as the morning progresses. Always nice to see the sun break through probably around midday. I have a Samaritan shift later on. Then some grocery shopping and the usual house chores that never end. Beef casserole for dinner yesterday and left overs for today, which is handy and will make an easy dinner.
