  4. I’ve been on antidepressants for a while now, and they’ve genuinely helped stabilise my mood and pull me out of some dark places. But even though I’m doing better, I still feel ashamed to tell people I’m on medication. Friends say things like “just think positive” or “you don’t need pills to be happy”, and it makes me want to shut down. I shouldn’t feel guilty for taking care of myself… but I do. Do you talk openly about being on medication, or do you keep it private? How do you deal with the stigma or judgment from others, even if it’s subtle?

  11. Hey everyone, I’ve been in a relationship for a while now, and on paper, everything looks fine. My partner is kind and loyal, but lately I’ve been feeling... lonely. It’s like we’re sharing space, but not really connecting. I’ve tried to bring it up gently, but I think they just don’t really get what I mean. I’m not even sure I understand it fully myself. It’s not that I want to leave, I just miss feeling truly seen and emotionally supported. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal to feel this way even when nothing’s technically “wrong”?
