My phone went yesterday afternoon and it was an unexpected call from the Doctors.It was the Pharmacist that deals with all medications in the surgery to say she had looked at my last BP readings and they are still high so the next time i get my medication one of my BP pills will have a higher dose in to see if it will bring down my BP. I still have nearly three weeks to go before i am due my next lot of pills so will start the new dose once they are finished and hope my BP will come down.

Hello Lavender and everyone, Have a good day. Can't believe we are at the 1st September already . The months are flying by. The weather lhas been nice and sunny today but i found it chilly and very windy when i was out shopping but at least the rain stayed off. It is forecast for this afternoon but there has been none so far.

Light showers changing to partly cloudy by nighttime. High 20C Partly cloudy just now.
