Hello Lavender and everyone, Have a good day. Strange weather here today with rain and sunshine in between and i am not too warm in the house today. My television has gone off as there is an issue in the area but i can watch ITV X on the internet if i want to. Tomorrow i am goig in to town and will meet my friend Isobel and will go for a cuppa and a chat as although we speak on the phone every week we have nt met up for a while. Wil go to the market for fruit at the matket before i come back home.

Yes Lavender , It is a while to wait until i am on a higher dose for my BP but i am coping without it just now. I think my BP goes higher in the surgery as well but when i have beenntaking it at home for a week and then i send the readings to the surgery it is high as well. It was raining here in the early morning then the sun came out but is Ttrying to rain tagain this afternoon.
