Hello good evening sorry for late reply my heart goes out to you to thank you for taking the time to reply to my messages I just wanted to know if you have any tips for panic attacks anxiety stress on how you manage I have strong fear were I don't go out of my house I don't get on with the things I would like to do in my life & it makes me feel low there is always a panic attack waiting for me the minute I wake up in the mornings oh you can't wait to get out of your house now how did you over come your strong fear. I struggle with being around people to your not the only one I'm trying to cope with everything at once at the moment it's difficult to yes I have 2 cats 1 dog yes you help me alot I haven't been on the site long but you have been a great help it is always good to have people to talk to but there is not the support in my area that's the problem you are right let's take things day by day I will be happy to stay with you all you are all kind hearted people ❤️

Hello good evening thank you for your kind words as well as your kind support I am a smoker I feel that having a cigarette when stress or anxious I don't actually smoke that many cigarettes daily maybe 7_10 daily it can be difficult to cope with my anxiety stress strong fear my doctor has put me on some medication just recently CBT book where can I purchase the books for CBT I do have talking therapy every 2 weeks but that's about it there is not much support in my area for mental health people seem to me that they don't understand and don't want to support people with mental health issues what sort of tips do you have to manage anxiety stress panic attacks strong fear?no don't be sorry at all thank you for taking the time to reply to me happy to hear from you sending you much support to thank you

I struggle with my mental health issues my depression stress strong fear panic attacks I don't go out of my house because of the fear I get 3 panic attacks daily i can't get myself to do the things I would like to do in life my body stops me from doing those things I want to do I don't get any support with my mental health issues at all I get low mood and sometimes can't cope with my mental health I suffer with all this everyday of my life for 4 months 😞 I don't have any real friends around my area to support me when needed I would like some tips on how people manage there mental health issues thank you for your welcome here.

  12. No there is not much support in my area of Norfolk not really hopefully I will get talking therapy soon enough but there isn't that much support not really 😕 😞 sometimes I can't manage with my stress anxiety panic attacks and strong fear I don't go out from my house I'm that scared 😨
