Hello good evening thank you for your kind words as well as your kind support I am a smoker I feel that having a cigarette when stress or anxious I don't actually smoke that many cigarettes daily maybe 7_10 daily it can be difficult to cope with my anxiety stress strong fear my doctor has put me on some medication just recently CBT book where can I purchase the books for CBT I do have talking therapy every 2 weeks but that's about it there is not much support in my area for mental health people seem to me that they don't understand and don't want to support people with mental health issues what sort of tips do you have to manage anxiety stress panic attacks strong fear?no don't be sorry at all thank you for taking the time to reply to me happy to hear from you sending you much support to thank you
