QOTD 6/10/2025 The Hardest Goodbye
Don't want to sound morbid but it has to be when my mother was dying. I still remember it 😞

Took strawberries out the fridge- What’s the Difference Between Counselling and Therapy in the UK
I always get confused — some places offer “counselling,” others say “therapy.” Are they the same thing? Are counsellors qualified differently? If you’ve tried either (or both), what was your experience?- QOTD 6/09/2025 Your Name
No, I hate my real name. If I could change it I haven't really thought about it.- Feedback For A New Forum
Yeah actually I have thought of a few too like a relationship forum. will wait to see if the forum picks up first 🙂- Hello
Thanks for sharing @Enigma and of course helping me out 🙂- How Do You Know If It’s BPD or Complex Trauma?
The symptoms can overlap: emotional dysregulation, identity issues, unstable relationships. Some professionals say they’re closely linked, others treat them as completely separate. Has anyone here been diagnosed with both — or been misdiagnosed? I’d love to hear your journey- What Are You Watching(Or Last Watched)?
- Coping with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD) in the UK
EUPD (also called BPD) can feel like you’re constantly misunderstood. I’ve had GPs dismiss me or services label me “too complex.” Has anyone here managed to get proper support from the NHS or CMHTs? Let’s talk about what’s worked and what hasn’t.- Living with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) – What It’s Really Like
BPD can feel like living on an emotional rollercoaster — intense highs, crushing lows, and constant fear of abandonment. I often struggle with keeping relationships stable, managing emotional outbursts, and battling the deep shame that comes after. If you’re living with BPD, what’s one thing you wish people better understood about it?- The hardest part of the morning
Mornings are often the most difficult for me. Just getting out of bed feels like a mountain. Anyone else find mornings particularly rough? Have you found anything that helps ease into the day?- Physical symptoms of anxiety — does anyone else get these?
Sometimes my anxiety shows up physically — racing heart, chest tightness, feeling like I can’t breathe. I know it's “just anxiety” but it feels so real in the moment. Does anyone else get this? How do you manage it when it hits hard?- What does a 'good day' look like for you?
I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately. For me, a good day isn’t necessarily productive — it’s just one where I feel calm, safe, and not overwhelmed. Maybe I took a walk, didn’t overthink everything, and actually ate three meals. Curious to hear what a “good day” looks like for others?- A To Z Animals
