  7. Yes, I’ve definitely had moments like that. It’s such a horrible feeling when something small suddenly brings everything crashing in, especially when you thought you were okay. It doesn’t mean you’ve gone backwards, it’s just your nervous system reacting in a way it’s learned to. Healing isn’t a straight line, and moments like this don’t erase the progress you’ve made. You’re not alone in feeling overwhelmed like that. It can be really hard, but it will pass again.
  8. I relate to this so much. There are days where I wake up and already feel like I’ve run a marathon, just from existing. It’s frustrating, especially when there’s nothing obvious causing it. And the guilt is real.feeling like we should be doing more, even though we’re already pushing through so much mentally. But I think you're right, getting through the day is enough. Some days surviving is the win. You're not alone in this at all.

  14. This is totally devastating, been watching the news most of the day. Just one survivor 😞
  15. Arguments can bring out things we don’t really mean, but once the words are out, they can stick. Have you ever said something in frustration that you didn’t mean, and then regretted it later? How do you move forward from those moments?
