There are days I want to shut out the world and disappear. I’ve learned to check in with myself and ask, “Do I need rest or connection?” Sometimes just saying “I feel off today” in a space like this really helps. Do you isolate when you're low?
I’ve gotten really good at pretending I’m okay, smiling, chatting, even joking around. But as soon as I’m alone, the weight hits me. It’s exhausting. Have you ever felt like you had to "mask" your struggles? How do you cope with it?
I’ve had panic attacks that make me feel like I’m dying. One trick that works for me is holding an ice cube, it shocks my system just enough to help me focus on the present. What’s helped you during a panic attack?
