Ok here goes. I have Cerebellar ataxia, underactive thyroid, high blood pressure, migraines, Dysarthria and just been diagnosed with HPV and they found cells on my cervix after a smear.

Coping with anniversaries
I know it's almost 6 months away but I think Christmas will be hard this year. my MIL passed away in January and this will be our first Christmas without her. she had stayed over Christmas for years.

I guess it's different for everyone, but I take deep breaths and something my therapist taught me was to tap your knees with both hands. I thought it was silly at first but it does help.
