  4. Hi everyone I have altered the setting in mental health section and health section that you can now start topics anonymously if you wish. I think it will be great and a lot safer for all members. If this is something you wish to do then here is how you do it. create topic and then see will see the option if you want to post anonymously, just click then submit your topic 😉

  6. Ok here goes. I have Cerebellar ataxia, underactive thyroid, high blood pressure, migraines, Dysarthria and just been diagnosed with HPV and they found cells on my cervix after a smear.

  9. I know it's almost 6 months away but I think Christmas will be hard this year. my MIL passed away in January and this will be our first Christmas without her. she had stayed over Christmas for years.

  12. I do have anxiety and fear, I do isolate a lot. I also have the odd panic attack. We're all here to support each other. We might not have all the answers as we have MH issues too but it will help not being so alone.
  13. I guess it's different for everyone, but I take deep breaths and something my therapist taught me was to tap your knees with both hands. I thought it was silly at first but it does help.
