  12. Triggers can vary for everyone, social situations, unexpected changes, health fears, or even certain sounds or memories. Understanding what sets off our anxiety can help us manage it better. What are some of your biggest anxiety triggers? Have you found any effective ways to deal with them?
  13. Depression can sap all your energy and motivation. Even getting out of bed can feel impossible. For those of you who deal with this what helps you push through, or at least make it through the day?
  14. A lot of us feel pressure to appear happy or together, even when we’re struggling inside. Whether it’s at work, school, or around family, we often hide our true feelings behind a mask. Have you ever felt like you had to fake being okay? How do you cope with that pressure, and do you ever let others in on how you’re really doing?
  15. Oops sorry. I was meant to but I forgot.
  16. Omg they’re gorgeous ❤️
  17. I totally get that. when my mother died I felt huge guilt, but it definitely is not your fault. You were brave telling family. I only started to believe none of it was my fault when I started therapy. Not saying I still don't feel enormous blame because I do.
  18. I am so sorry that you have had to go through this @Krissycakes09 speaking of my experience it does mess you up but I have learnt to believe that none of it was my fault.
  19. It can be exhausting trying to explain yourself to people who don’t understand your disability or mental health struggles especially when both are invisible. Whether it’s being told to “just try harder” or people assuming you're fine because you "look okay," stigma can take a real emotional toll. Have you faced judgment or dismissal because of your disability or mental health? How do you protect your mental wellbeing when others don’t get it?
  20. Thank you. It's good to be back.
  21. I am so sorry that you have lost a friend. losing someone you love has got to be one of the hardest things we go through in life.
  22. Depression can show up in different ways, sadness, numbness, irritability, or feeling empty. It’s not the same for everyone, and that’s okay. For me, depression often feels like a heavy fog that dulls everything. How do you experience it?
